Job description

The CRAG Human Resources Office has the goal of providing extensive support during the recruiting & hiring, welcome and stay cycle of personnel at CRAG, as well as in the training areas, while ensuring that all legal and formal issues are properly arranged. We are looking for a student in Labor Relations or HR field who will finish
her/his studies by December 2017 approximately.

Responsabilities:

Her / his main tasks will be:

• Support to processes related to Social Security affiliation, new contracts, renewals and terminations.
• Manage processes related to student stays at CRAG (Agreements, welcome documents and insurances)
• Support to processes related to medical and paternity / maternity leaves, vacations and work‐related accidents.
• Issuance of various certificates and other kinds of related documents.
• Maintenance of personnel databases (SAP Business One), filing of documents (physical and electronic), maintenance of personal information on CRAG’s website, data transfer to other units as required.
• Support to personnel selection processes.
• Support for managing training activities and courses.
• Support tasks in the area of Occupational hazards.
• Support in the preparation of documentation for audits, justifications or claims.
• Other tasks supporting the Human Resources area.

Requirements:

• Student of a University Degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources related fields.
• Excellent English, native or equivalent preferred (minimum level required is Advanced or C1; the selection process will include an English level test).
• Have good organizational and planning skills and eye for detail, responsible, and an eager‐to‐learn attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team; empathy and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within an international context.

We offer:

• A part time (four hours per day) internship for 8 months, April to December 2017 and excluding August.
• Remuneration of 5 euros net per hour.
• Internship experience at CRAG would be positively valued in any future HR Technician opening at the CRAG HR Office.
